February | If required: order additional Furniture and stand equipment(opens in a new window). Start of invoice mailings (35 % instalment payment). Start of the stand allocation. |
May | Travel planning(opens in a new window) and Accommodation. Organising visas(opens in a new window). |
June | Stand numbers are announced. Second invoice mailing (65 % instalment payment. Further invoices for subsequent orders or additional tickets will be sent after FBM26.). Planning your Fair Appointments. |
July | Order from service contractors(opens in a new window). Ticket Portals go online. |
August | 1 Aug: deadline submission of construction plans(opens in a new window) for Custom-built Stands. 31 Aug: Deadline for orders Furniture and stand equipment(opens in a new window). |
September | Free slots left? Search the Calendar of Events(opens in a new window). |
October | 7-11 October: We will see you in Frankfurt! |
